Within the framework of its B2B activity, DRH Market collects and processes only the professional contact data necessary for the commercial relationship: company name, professional contact details (in particular the e-mail address), information relating to quotation requests, orders and their history, as well as the information necessary for the management of the professional account. DRH Market does not collect data beyond what is necessary for the performance of the commercial relationship.

Personal data are necessary for the management of orders and the performance of the contract. They are processed for the following purposes: handling of quotation requests and quotes, management and follow-up of B2B export orders, management of the professional account and follow-up of the commercial relationship.

The processing is based on the performance of the commercial contract concluded between DRH Market and the Customer, as well as on the pre-contractual measures taken at the Customer's request (quotation request, request for access to the professional account).

These data are intended for the exclusive use of DRH Market and its technical service providers (logistics providers, carriers, IT service providers) strictly necessary for the performance of the contract. The data will under no circumstances be transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Personal data are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and then for a period of ten (10) years from the end of the commercial relationship, in accordance with the applicable legal accounting and tax obligations.
